You see I too struggled with shyness as long as I can remember from an early young age when I started getting bulled at school.
My introduction into the world was met with people well young children age 4-7 who did not care for me much, children can be cruel, but I came to realise even though latter on in life that it wasn’t them but their environment at home that made them that way.
All through my childhood I was ignored and I had no friends. And through this mistreating I developed a strong sense of low self-esteem and shyness which I took with me right into my adulthood.
It was only when in my teens I met the love of my life I decided to do something about it as the shyness and low self-esteem was bound to affecting our relationship and I was afraid I was going to lose this wonderful thing that had come into my life.
