I don’t know about you, but for me the lockdown has certainly opened my eyes to new opportunities I would not have been looking at before. But after just spending 3 weeks with the children, your mind starts to wonder a little and questions like “What kind of future will my children have?” or “What kind of world our we leaving for them?”
So after a week of this I decided it was time to be creative and productive – enough of the doom and gloom and back to work on some exciting projects.
I gave myself some challenges and goals to work towards to see me through the lockdown and beyond. So one of those projects was my kitchen. When I moved into my now house 8 years ago I really did not have the budget for decorating it’s rundown state – and let me tell you it needed it in buckets. But we had some small cash to put into a quick DIY setup in the kitchen. Now after 8 years it was time to put in something a little stronger, tasteful and that could last the test of time.
Also something that could look good in front of a camera because after the lockdown I’m planning some new lifestyle projects to add to Rachael Academy.
So anyway on my journey of research for some stylish but very affordable , focus on AFFORDABLE! :).
I came across a great find of companies that were offering home products, but wait! with the beautiful option of making money while I shopped for products to furnish my home.
I was in shock, awe and amazed all at once – so here I am bring my finds to you…
