When I first started working with WordPress there were many changes I wanted to make to my site; get rid of those awful avatars, change the typography to a bold sans-serif (obviously!), space out the widgets in the sidebar, etc.
I dug through menu after menu of options in the theme I was using at the time, searching for the perfect checkbox or colour picker to solve my woes and create the site of my dreams. Alas, they were nowhere to be found.
