Welcome to another episode of Rachael Academy Podcast, thank you so much for taking the time to join me on this episode. Today on the comfort seat we have back on our show Dawn Jones who was on our last week show entitled How To Become A Better Employee And Navigate The Job Market For Success. Dawn is the founder and Director of Hope Place, a platform that provides help and advice for those having difficulties in their work place.

Dawn spent her years as a HR Manger helping individuals through the employment processes relating to suspension, poor performance and, unfair treatment Dawn has written a blog series called ‘If You Don’t Know, Get To Know.’ raising awareness of the importance of employees and workers becoming fluent in their organisation’s policies, procedures and, working practices.

So my aim in this episode of Rachael Academy Podcast is to bring another prospective and thought to the individual out there wanting to level up in their career, so my first question to you Dawn is

  1. As an HR consultants and past HR Manager do you think that companies place a culture of growth within their framework?
  2. Let’s say someone is part of a company and organization and has come to the realisation that there is no career progression and promotion is not on the cards, should they leave and look for another job?
